The first day of school I thought I would make hashbrowns. The peppercorn bottle top fell off, so instead we had peppercorns with a side of potatoes!!
First day of virtual school. The kids chose to do Face-to-face (f2f) learning, but the district decided to have the whole population do virtual (zoom) classes for the first 3 weeks and the open the schools for those kids who chose f2f, which is about half the student population.
Macey's birthday!! Girlfriend asked to have a bowling party. And to have a hedgehog cake. Bless the bakers at Market Street for making this super cute cake for her!

It was hard to decide what kind of birthday celebration to have during these COVID times. These 4 girls supported each other during the months of isolation and finally playing together. Dan took them to the bowling alley.

Ropes course.

Cute cake!

During virtual learning Alex and I worked on sprucing up his Eagle Scout rock garden. Here we put in new smaller planets and repainted the larger ones.
Here are some rocks I painted to put in the garden. Kids are always taking the painted rocks. I hope they take the 4 leaf clovers and leave the other ones this time.
Virtual school lunch. Carli came over for lunch and stayed for online school. Happy Birthday at home.
Girl with her gifts.
First day of school!First day of f2f learning. Yay, no elementary school! Off to Wester this morning. Lucy in back in the routine of barking like a mad man when we say 'time for prayers'. Which she thinks means 'time to take Lucy for a long walk outside!'
