I love January! It is perfect weather. For those of you surviving the cold I send you warm wishes! The weather here is like a perfect April day, just after a rain shower. It reminds me of my hikes up 'the hill' to campus in Fayettville. I miss home! 
This month has little going on. Alex has started Spanish classes once a week. Dan has a new calling at church. He is the Executive Secretary. You Mormons know what that means! Yikes! We certainly are going to miss him!
And our gerbils. Well, we have 8 babies not six! You'll probably have to click on this picture to see the little baby up close.

Your pictures are great, Crystal! Nick was so excited when I told him that I found you on here, he really enjoyed seeing you and your family. We are very jealous of your nice weather...it is freezing here!
