This will be self evident, but Alex is learning to ride '2 wheel' as he calls it. People have asked, "Isn't it harder in the grass?" No, he does better controlling the steering in the grass. Also, you may wonder what the crazy handle on the back of his bike is. It is a buddy bar (purchased at Wal-Mart for $16). This gives the adult better leverage for the few days of learning. Is this $16 well spent? Heck, yeah! I'll be loaning it out to anyone in need when we are done. Did you notice my new haircut? Yeah, it is pretty cool. I'll put on a better picture another day.

Holy Cow!!! I need one of those (when all the snow is gone of course) We kind of tried to teach Luke last fall but nothing ever came of it. Go Alex
Way to go Alex! I too use the
"learn in the grass" method. It works great!
Wow! I need to get my kids on bikes! Good for Alex! And yes, we like the haircut.
We will have to try the grass method :o) Can't wait to see a better shot of the hair cut!
