We started another session of swimming. This time both boys. This time through the city. Alex has been learning different kicking styles and today he took the plunge off the board. Yesterday I took the boys swimming and they wanted to go off the diving board. Alex looks like a cat jumping (all legs going down at once!) I was so surprised when Alex asked to go off the board that I just marched him over and he got on and went. He is getting so much braver these days. That is good with school coming. Ryan can't swim, so of course I'm not going to let him off of a board! Maybe at grandma June's. I hope Jason can teach these boys how to safely go off the board.
Ryan is on the Potty Training Express. It is actually more like a leisurely stroll through the park, but he is getting somewhere. He filled up his first chart. His reward is a lightsaber. Alex is buying one tomorrow with his allowance, so I'll post pics of my jedi's then. Alex said he wished his friend KC could be here so they all could play with the lightsabers together. We'll have to find another Jedi to come play.

Let me know how the leisurely stroll throught the park on potty training goes. Its so different with every kid. Jayden...took off like a rocket. Alyssa...didn't like to be dirty, but couldn't sit to poop for like EVER...but then figured it out.
How funny that Alex was thinking of KC because just today we were watching a special on the History Channel about Star Wars and I let KC watch it. He sure misses Alex Black. We all do!
