Phoenix Public Library - www.phoenixpubliclibrary.org The Phoenix Library is doing a Food for Fines drive. For every can you donate they will take $.50 off your fines up to $50. If you have accumlated little fines here and there, take the time to take a few cans in to help the St Mary's food bank.
