4th of July Ward picnic. It was a great meal. Sister is on her scooter to the right of the picture with a hat on.
Swingin' with Laura.
We went off to Russell Creek for a delicious meal and pool time. No fireworks for us this year. The traffic is such a hassle!
Macey is a great defender, but she really enjoyed being goalie. We'll see where coach needs her in the fall!
15 years old and ready to drive. Here is the first try!
Dan was an excellent teacher, patient and calm! Al has to take Drivers Ed before he can start driving on the road. We are working on it!
Sewing up some desserts.
So, we were killing time, being unplugged again. This was a weird thing you only need to do once. They took large cereal puffs and soaked them in liquid nitrogen. As you eat the cereal the air comes out looking like smoke (thus dragon breath). It didn't work all that great for us because we were a tad cautious about burning our tongues on liquid nitrogen!
Planet making day! We had made some small ones at home using playground balls.
But our attempts to do the same with large, plastic balls was a disaster. Time for plan B. The mold is in route. Again, the goal is to finish before kids go back to school...
Primary kids drawing pictures of their families.
And here is special Lucy. Snuggling the yarn just as I am about to work on my cancer patient hats. Hope they aren't allergic to dog love.
