Whoops! Guess I haven't posted about Christmas yet. Never to late, eh? I think I was waiting for Dan's photos; he has some really good ones. But those are deep in his album vault for future exploring. :)
Backstage at another DMCO Christmas concert. Macey only has one more performance in this ensemble before she moves up to the youth group.
Prof Stewart giving a pep talk in between concerts.
Start of the concert.
Macey asked Gma and Gpa to come for Christmas. Instead they came for Macey's concert at the beginning of the month. Here we are making cookies.
And here we're obviously watching TV.
Me and my boy!
Act Days was super exciting in Dec. We went to a pottery studio.
And we made fidget mats for the elderly.
In attempt to get Alex's friends to our house, we made graham cracker holiday houses.
I made a bus stop and a bell ringer.
Alex's house.
Dad was very happy to have teenagers at the house! Here he is encouraging the house construction.
My sewing students and I made these Cmas quilts. They designed and help with each step. I did a lot of the monotonous work.
A temple trip with my running buddy Steph.
I rescued these fish from a water grave. They are happily swimming in the kitchen. Dan thought it was lame, but now the children are determined to get a BIG tank. We'll see...
One last activity in December. We went to the nursing home to carol.
Here are their pottery projects all done.
And Daniels and I celebrated 18 years together!
