Our red den is the most used room in our house besides the kitchen. We watch TV, use the computer, read on the couch, play on the tablet, snack, play Legos or dolls. And now that we have a basketball hoop that won't fit in the boys room we also shoot hoops.

Snow! It started snowing about 6 one morning before school/work. Ryan was saying, 'Oh, my stomach hurts. I don't want to go to school.' When I said it is snowing outside, he jumped out of bed in perfect health!
The boys walked to school in the snow. I woke up sister and went out. I was afraid it would stop snowing before she woke up.
Nice outfit, eh?
Maybe 2 inches fell.
1st Grade got to have recess outside in the snow. You should have seen the mud the trekked inside. Ryan is the farthest right. The snow stopped by about 10 and was mostly melted by the time the boys got home from school.
I am trying to find ways to build Alex's self esteem. I made him build a shelf kit from IKEA for his Legos. He did the whole thing by himself. I only pounded in one corner to show him how to use his muscles to build it.
One Saturday I took my Destination ImagiNation team to a workshop. It was eye opening for them and good for me too. The tournament in 2/23. I hope they get ready in time!
