Winter Weather

We drove through Flagstaff and got out and looked at the snow. I can't say they played. Alex slipped onto his bum and dad kicked a pile of snow/ice. But they were excited anyway.
The weather in Arkansas changes every 5 minutes so here is a summation of the weather. We had various temperatures ranging from 6 deg one morning (when I had to do the grocery shopping!) and 67 deg another afternoon. We enjoyed sunny, cloudy, and thundering skies. One down pour sent the squirrels into hiding on Grandma's back porch. The boys wore their winter gear only a couple of the days we were there. But they sure looked cute in it! Grandma had hoped for a little snow so she could watch the boys watching the flakes fall. No such luck for us this year.
