Our sod is enclosed in curbing and being sprinkled 3 x's a day. It is a big beautiful square patch. I'll tell ya, it looks sorta of cooky, an island of manicured green surrounded by unorganized shrubbery and wayward weeds; however, when we get the plants and rock in the yard it will be a pleasure to see (since the heat of summer is swooping in fast, we won't get much playing time during daylight hours). I'd love to add a picture or two but because the USB cord is missing, there won't be any new additions. I'm hoping a house elf will pop out in the night, find it and replace it. Perhaps that elf will also take pity on me and will do a little deep cleaning for me.
Our house has been grand central station this week. We've had fun with lots of Alex's friends, landscapers, and today the A/C mechanic. Yep, it has been a costly week too! Baby K was born today; I can't wait to go see that little bundle. I got to see the newest Wright boy today, and he is a beauty! I'm lucky to be surrounded by loving mothers. It helps me try to do better everyday. Oh, and partly why the Lord has sent so many friends in need my way this week is because last week I prayed, "What the heck do I do with Alex now?" I can't wait for daily swimming lessons and summer trips (and kindergarten!)

Well if you find a house elf, send him to my house next. I could use one!
I'm next in line for that house elf! Can't wait to see pics of the yard!
Put me up for third on the house elf...I can't get anything done without Justin around. Good luck with the yard and KINDERGARTEN IS THE BEST THING TO HAVE HAPPENED TO ME. I hope you enjoy it as well.
Crystal, you're such a grand friend and I SO appreciate you watching my boys the other day so that I could get that nasty newborn screening done without two crazies running around the lab! You are a SUPERWOMAN...for also bringing me a delicious dinner that same night. I owe you BIG TIME. You're one of those special people who can DO IT ALL. I love your backyard...your kiddos are going to have so many good times back there. Great job with the pictures so we can see the progress. Oh, and thanks for the comment about our little guy! :)
